BENEFITS SUMMARY

Health Insurance
Hypower offers all salaried, full-time employees and their dependents health insurance immediately upon hire and hourly employees and their dependents health insurance after 90-days of employment. 

Basic dental and vision benefits are also available to all employees who enroll.

401K
After one year of employment, you will be eligible to enroll and make pre-tax contributions to the plan up to 15% of your weekly earnings. 

Disability
Voluntary Short-Term Disability that pays 60% of your basic weekly pay, not to exceed $750 per week for non-work related accidents or illnesses for 13 weeks.  Long term disability is also available for purchase.

Life Insurance & Accident, Death, and Disability
Hypower provides all full-time hourly employees with life insurance coverage at no cost, a $30,000.00 Life Benefit; and 1.5x salary, up to $200,000.00 for salaried employees.

Vacation
Hypower offers a one week paid vacation after one year of service; two weeks paid vacation after two years of service; and three weeks paid vacation after seven years of service.

Educational Reimbursement
Upon completion of the approved courses, Hypower, Inc. will reimburse regular full time employees if the employee's final grade of "A" or "B" has been maintained at all times. 50% for a "B" and 100% for an "A". The approved courses taken should be related to the employee's position.
